“Learn to let go”

  Letting go is the key to creating a life that works.  At any moment, your life is exactly the way it is.  You are the way you are and the people in your life are exactly the way they are.This is true weather you like it or not. When you fight and resist the way your life, when you can’t find a way to accept the circumstance of your life you almost always make your situation worse. You cannot focus or see clearly.  You lose your ability to see what needs to be done.  You tend to make your situation worse. To restore effectiveness and peace of mind, let go of how you think life should be and make peace with the way life is.  Be willing to experience all the hurt and the emotion of your circumstance.  Then get on with the business of creating a better life.

“Don’t take it personally”

 In this workshop we will explore the feelings of guilt and resentment.  We will talk about not taking responsibility for the choices other people make and we will find and hopefully heal the hurt that that we carry with us from “way back when”.  We will work to understand that whatever someone else does is not because of you, it is because of them”. If we take what someone else says or does personally, we ingest the hurt, we store it within us and suddenly someone else’s garbage becomes our garbage. In the workshop we will talk about giving up the need to be right.  The nagging thought of “not being good enough”.  We will also speak about how we can’t forgive ourselves for not being perfect and the belief system that sets us all up for suffering rather than tranquility.

“Happiness is a choice”

In this workshop we will explore our ability to decide how we feel, how we will react to our circumstances. Abraham Lincoln said “Most people are as happy as they make up their minds to be” You may be going through tough times, or you may have major obstacles in your path and you may have good reason to be unhappy or upset.  But being unhappy won’t change anything for the better and being negative isn’t going to improve anything either. Should we really worry about things we cannot change?? You may as well choose to be happy and enjoy your life!  Happiness is a decision you make not an emotion you feel. Getting what we want does not promise happiness. This is a lesson as old as time yet why is it so incredibly difficult to accept? Well I’ll tell you, because everything we were ever taught tells us to believe in the magic of success and fortune. We have all been programmed to strive to “have it all” only to come to the realization that it is “Never enough”. Changing your state of mind can and will change your life! 

“Live like you’re dying”

Everyone dies but not everyone lives.  Some people just exist barely getting through the day. Nothing defines life like facing death. Our time is limited. Hopefully this workshop will make us all more aware that tomorrow is never a given.  That we are all so much more that what we do or what we own. When we base our worth on externals, we will never be enough.  Our drive to measure up and attain some impossible goal goes on to infinity or until our time runs out.  When we buy into the illusion that we have unlimited tomorrows, then we operate on a deferred living plan, believing and trusting that we can begin our better life tomorrow. We will talk about how people live differently when the end is near and how making subtle changes in attitude and letting go of some of our learned beliefs can eliminate resentment and regret and allow us to live a rich full life today. Don’t wait for some distant tomorrow to tidy up your emotional house. What would you have done different today if you knew there would be no tomorrow???

"Imagine a Better Life"

If you have read "The Secret" or heard about "The Secret", this seminar will show you how to implement "The Secret" to eliminate the stress and turmoil in your life.  The Laws of Abundance and the Laws of Attraction are only theories until you take the actions necessary to make them work for you. The average individual is only 65% as happy as they could be (based on Harvard University Research.)  Not just because they haven't got a clear point and purpose to their life.  But more because they just get swept along by life.

“Par for the Course”

This seminar explores the importance of the mental side of golf and how it relates to our everyday lives.  The mind/body connection that can so easily disconnect and cause us to struggle with our golf games as well as our everyday lives.  The focus is on the subconscious mind and how powerful it is.  You will learn life skills and how to apple the laws of Abundance and Attraction to your life. Taking lessons and perfecting your swing will no doubt help to improve your game but it is the attention you give  to the mental side of golf that will give you the best results.
